Anuj Bairathi (Chief Executive Officer)

Anuj has rich experience in promoting, setting up and managing information technology companies. His expertise spans Strategic Planning, Information Management, Financial Resource Management, Product Development and Marketing. He is the driving force of the group's strategic direction, marketing focus and new initiatives. Under his leadership Cyber Futuristic has grown into a million dollar global BPO and IT Services & Solutions Corporation.

Anuj as Co-Founder of Cyber Futuristic has served at various positions before taking charge of Chief Executive Officer. As Head Operations of Company he was responsible for overall supervision of the Call Center Operations, Strategic Relationships and Delivery Units (SRDUs) , Strategic Practice Units (SPUs) and implementation of ISO 9000 compliant quality processes across the Software and BPO Divisions. Under his leadership Company has won several awards at National and International Level including most prestigious award of ‘Best ITES Company in State’ from Chief Minister in 2005. He has 10 years of unique, in-depth experience across all critical high-tech sectors - application software, data warehousing, CRM, application hosting, IT including multi-NOC environments, storage systems, wireless communications, networking, embedded systems and CTI Applications.

Anuj is responsible for vision and architecture of Cyber Futuristic’s Products and Services. He believes that the key to growth for Service Company is creating highly charged teams. He takes a personal interest in developing teams and leaders. He has a belief in delivering Value to the Customer through Innovation and leading-edge quality processes.

Anuj did his Graduation from State University in Commerce and also holds Master of Business Administration in Information Technology.

Sandeep Sharma (Chief Operating Officer)

Mr. Sandeep Sharma is the Chief Operating Officer, Cyber Futuristics (India) Pvt. Limited and a core member of the Executive Council of the company. He joined Cyber Futuristics Information Technology business as one of the founder member in 2003 and contributed significantly towards Business Development. As Head of Sales & Marketing for almost 3 years, he spearheaded the Business Development Team where he revamped the sales organization, captured key new accounts and introduced vertical industry focus. Sandeep took over as Head (Human Resources) last year and focused on change management required to effectively align HR policies with business needs. Sandeep as Chief Operating Officer is now responsible for process service delivery, migration, process excellence, recruitment, process training, employee satisfaction, technology, facilities and client interaction. Prior to Cyber Futuristics, Sandeep held sales and marketing management positions for a number of Information Technology, Telecom and BPO companies across India where he negotiated strategic alliances and was responsible for successful positioning, market development and product marketing in national and International market with focus on USA and Europe markets. He has extensive operations experience building regional sales offices, marketing and sales programs and support organizations, and forging new international markets. Sandeep holds a Bachelor degree in Commerce & Post Graduation in Computer Science.

Rajeev Bairathi (Non Executive Director & Strategic Advisor)

Rajeev, Chemical Engineer from IIT Kharagpur started his career with Reliance Industries Ltd. Rajeev received a MBA (Finance) from SP Jain Institute of Management, Mumbai.Rajeev’s rich experience of over 10 years spans areas such as Business Management, Finance, Management Accounting, Risk Management, Corporate Governance, International Taxation, and Contract Negotiations. He is responsible for the long-term vision and formulating the business strategies. During this period, Cyber Futuristics has grown in size and stature and is being acclaimed among the fastest growing Internet companies in India.

Raphel Grabe (Chief Consultant)

He has a BS degree in Engineering from New York University and an MBA from the University of California, Los Angeles.Raphel has more than a dozen years of high-technology consumer and enterprise experience,he works with the management team to evaluate and drive new strategic business opportunities, including strategic alliances and mergers and acquisitions.Through the years Raphel has worked with many organizations, including banks & financial institutions, media, services and manufacturing organizations, enabling them to evolve and implement key IT strategies. Raphel brings with him rich global experience, having worked with clients in the United States, Middle East / Gulf countries, Europe, Asia Pacific and India. Over the years Raphel has been an opinion leader in the industry and is sought after speaker in forums and media, having many published articles.

Manoj Maheshwari (Corporate Advisor)

He is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). He is practicing as a Company Secretary since 1993. He has vast experience in handling corporate, legal, secretarial, SEBI and Stock Exchanges related matters with an overall experience of over 10 years. He is involved in handling corporate legal matters and dealing with various regulatory authorities like ROC, RD, CLB, SEBI, Stock Exchanges, RBI, etc. In pursuit of his academic and research interests, he has been actively organized and participated in various seminars, talks, workshops, conferences and conventions organized by various professional bodies. He is also actively involved in professional development activities of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. He has also served as Chairman of the Jaipur Chapter of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India in 1998. He was member of the Managing Committee of the Jaipur Chapter of NIRC of ICSI from 1995 to 2000 and remains as secretary in 1996-97.

K.S. Gautam (Management Consultant)

He is MBA (Fin), M.com(EAFM), M.com (Buss.Adm.), ICWA (Inter), Certified Trainer, ISTD, Government of India is the person actively handles Management Team and is the key person interacting with Certification bodies. He plays major role in company's recruitment process at various levels.
